To make an online purchase from us simply browse through our products and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Once you have made your choice, please click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Alternatively you are welcome to pay by cheque or postal order made payable to ‘Oliver Pye’. Simply download, print and complete the mail order form and send it to us with your payment. (We suggest you keep a copy of your completed order form for your own records.)
When confirmation of order is received this is to indicate that we have received your order – it does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, or we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
All goods will be sent by Royal Mail and will need to be signed for on delivery. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery for reasons including: recipient not available; not collected from Post Office, etc. All prices include postage and packing within the UK. The price you see on screen is what you pay! We welcome orders from outside the UK. Before placing your order, please contact us with your shipping address and full details of the goods in which you are interested and we will be pleased to let you know the cost of shipping overseas to you. We would ask that you please recycle as much of our packaging as possible. Thank you
Your order will be processed immediately. If your chosen item is in stock we will usually send it in 2-3 business days (longer for orders outside the UK). If your chosen item is temporarily out of stock we will order it for you. We will always email you with the option to cancel your order if you are unable to wait.
